Tom Creagh pairs large-firm and in-house experience with an off-hours practice — handling business, technology, real estate, and personal estate matters at affordable hourly rates, or flat fees where they make sense.

How we work
A small practice, run on a few core principles: timing, cost, and clarity.
Tom is an in-house lawyer during the week. Client meetings, drafting, and signings happen in evenings and on weekends — when you actually have time.
Affordable hourly rates for most work. Flat fees when the scope is clear up front and we both benefit from the certainty. Either way, you'll see the number before any work begins.
Advice and documents in language you can actually act on — the reasoning made clear, the legal complexity handled without burying you in it.
FAQ
Evenings and weekends — that's the model. Most calls happen between 7pm–10pm on weekdays or at a mutually convenient time over the weekend.
Most matters are billed at an hourly rate, with flat fees when the scope is clear up front — and either way, you'll get the number in writing before any work begins. Rates stay affordable because the practice runs lean: heavy automation on the admin side keeps overhead low, and there's no expensive office to pay for. Those savings go to you, while the legal work itself stays hands-on and personal.
No. This is transactional and advisory work only. If your matter needs court representation, we'll happily connect you with counsel who can help.
Wherever's convenient for you. A lot can be handled by phone, email, or video, so we only meet in person when it's needed or beneficial — usually for signings. No big boardroom, but everyone gets a good pen to sign with.
Yes — a short intro call or email exchange so we can both decide if we're a fit. No invoice, no obligation.
